A digital vehicle inspection and lead verification platform that helps insurance companies manage field agents, collect vehicle evidence, and generate structured inspection reports for faster, more consistent insurance decisions.
The problem
Insurance teams were running vehicle inspections over phone calls, WhatsApp photos and spreadsheets. Field agents collected evidence inconsistently, reports varied from agent to agent, and operations teams had no single view of what was inspected, pending or decided.
The result: slow turnaround on insurance decisions, missing evidence, and no reliable audit trail when a decision was questioned later.
Our approach
We mapped the real field workflow first — lead intake, agent assignment, on-site evidence capture, review — and digitized it step by step, keeping the agent experience simple enough to use standing next to a car.
The review outcome (Recommended / Not Recommended) is recorded as part of the inspection workflow by the reviewing team — the platform structures and presents the evidence, it does not make automated insurance decisions.
